Every order from Yaya's Creative Studio is prepared by hand in our Bagnolet studio, with the same care we put into our own projects. Here is everything you need to know about how your materials travel to you.

Order preparation

• Standard orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Custom orders (such as exact-count bead orders) need a little more time. We confirm the preparation timeline by email shortly after you order.
• Orders are not prepared or shipped on weekends or French public holidays.

Shipping zones & rates

We ship with Colissimo, Mondial Relay and Chronopost. The options available for your address are shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• France: 2 to 4 business days
• European Union: 3 to 7 business days

These times are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary during busy periods.

Free studio pickup

Prefer to come say hello? Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order free of charge at our studio in Bagnolet. We will email you as soon as it is ready.

Tracking

All shipments are tracked. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will first open an investigation with the carrier, then offer you a replacement or a refund depending on the outcome. For damaged parcels, photos of the package and its contents help us resolve things faster.
