Thank you for shopping at Yaya's Creative Studio. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital downloads or pattern files
- Items that have been opened, used, or altered
How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the return request
- Photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item received was incorrect
In those cases, we will cover the return shipping or offer a replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom bead kits made specifically for your order
- Digital pattern downloads
- Opened consumable craft materials
