Thank you for your purchase at Yaya's Creative Studio. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
14-day right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from receipt of the last item in your order to notify us of your decision to return all or part of the products ordered.
After notifying us of your wish to return, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
Return conditions
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories) and in a state that allows them to be resold as new. The consumer may be held liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Exceptions — Items and services excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following categories:
- Fuse bead orders assembled according to the quantity and colours specified by the customer
- Digital downloads or pattern files
- Items that have been opened, used or modified
- Sealed products unsealed after delivery
- Gift cards, which can neither be refunded nor exchanged for money
- Online courses, once the content has begun to be accessible
- In-person workshop bookings, which correspond to leisure-related services provided on a specific date — no refund will be issued if the customer cancels
These products and services cannot be taken back or refunded, except in the event of a lack of conformity or a proven defect, or in the event of cancellation on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, we invite you to place a new order.
Return costs
Except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product, return costs remain your responsibility.
Refund
After receiving and checking the returned products, we will process the refund within 14 days from receipt of the items or from proof of their dispatch, whichever of these two dates comes first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method, such as a gift card valid for one year on our website. The original delivery costs will also be refunded to you.

If you placed your order with a phone number only (without an email address), you cannot access the customer account. Please use the return link included in your SMS order confirmation, or contact us directly at: contact.yayacreativestudio@gmail.com
