The YCS Club is our loyalty programme. Every order earns you points, which you can then turn into discounts. A small way of saying thank you to everyone who creates with us.

100 points = €1 off. Usable from 500 points, on orders of €20 or more.

How to join the Club (2 minutes)

  1. Click the purple "Récompenses · Rewards" button at the bottom left of the screen.
  2. Click "Join". Already ordered with us? Click "Sign in" instead, using the email address from your orders.
  3. Enter your email address, then the 6-digit code we email you. No password to remember.
  4. Come back to the site and click "Rewards" again: your points balance appears.
Where are my points?
Your points only appear in the "Rewards" button. They are not shown on the "My account" page.

How to use your points

  1. Once you have 500 points, open "Rewards", then "Ways to redeem" and "Order discount".
  2. Choose how many points to use, then confirm.
  3. A discount code appears: copy it.
  4. At checkout, paste it into the "Discount code" field (minimum order €20).

Frequently asked questions

I ordered before the Club launched. Do I have points?

Yes. Your past purchases have been converted into points, at 5 points per €1. Sign in with the email address from your orders to see them.

I lost my discount code.

No worries: it stays available in the "Rewards" button, with your rewards.

How do I refer a friend?

In "Rewards", open "Refer your friends" and share your personal link. Your friend gets €5 off their first order (from €20), and you get 1000 points once their order is placed.

Can I combine my points with another discount?

Yes, the discount from your points can be combined with most of our offers.

Do my points expire?

No, your points have no expiry date for now.
